Dr. Wheeler is the main guy in the episode Tarzan and the Beast of Dunali. They accuse Tarzan for the monster that kills women and Tarzan discovers a dead gorilla and a dead woman. At the end it was revealed that the doctor was the monster. He turns to a monster and Tarzan kills him and he is proven innocent.
